So many of the cars we see at car shows have good stories to go with them and special memories for the owners.
Mike drove a 1965 Chevy Chevelle in high school and married his high school sweetheart, Kathy.
After they were married the Chevelle got sold, but thirty years later they bought the one they now have
and are really glad to have it and seem to be enjoying it to the max.
After I had taken their picture in the front seat and taken pictures of the car,
they decided many of their good memories were in the back seat and they asked that I re-take their picture
in the back seat, which I was glad to do. After all, I make memories!
Their Chevelle is a true SS in a rare, but very attractive, two-tone blue and silver with a white interior.
In the mid-sixties white interiors were a new thing and very popular, especially in sports models.
They are only the second owners of the car which has only sixty-three thousand miles on it.
It has all the original parts including the 283 cu. in. engine and four-speed transmission.
Itís a neat car and certainly belongs to a neat couple!
